Megathrust

This IPA is an IPA for hop heads. Each hop is loaded with essential oils redolent of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine. Built upon a luxurious malt foundation and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Azacca, Megathrust bursts with flavors of mango, pineapple, papaya, and tangerine. Alluvium

After a full-day brewing beer, a pilsner is the go-to beer for most on our team. This hoppy pilsner was brewed for our crew and all our fellow brewers out there! Inspired by the traditional pilsners of Northern Germany, Alluvium is brewed with 100% Bohemian malt to get the crisp, clean finish that is a hallmark of German Pilsner. Generously hopped, Alluvium is aromatically imbued with the spicy noble hops and a pleasantly bitter finish. Prost!

Liquifaction

Rooted in the history of Koln (Cologne), Germany, Kolsch is an old-world beer style known for its subtly understated flavors of malt and fruit. We enhance this delicate-yet-delicious flavor profile with floral hop nobility and a distinct San Francisco sourdough character to create an homage to the traditional Kolsch beer with a modern twist.

Water Conservation

Water conservation is a priority for all Californians, so we challenged ourselves to build the most water efficient brewery in the world. Our goal: an unprecedented 2:1 water-to-beer ratio. How will we pull this off? We partnered with Cambrian to build the first-of-its-kind EcoVolt Mini, which will enable us to capture, clean, and reuse 90% of our wastewater for cleaning and other brewery uses.

Energy Efficiency

The Water, Hops, and Barley aren’t the only natural ingredients in our beer. Our brewery is 100% powered the locally sourced, renewable geothermal energy of Sonoma Clean Power’s EverGreen program. Our team also incorporated a few more innovative engineering tricks into the design of the brewery which help reduce our energy consumption.

Reducing Our Footprint

Did you know cans help preserve beer quality better than glass? It’s true. That’s why all of our packaged beer will be in CANS ONLY. Canning beer is also better for the environment, as it is lighter to ship than glass (reducing fossil fuel usage), requires less energy to chill (and keep cold), is more likely to be recycled than bottles, & it requires less energy to convert recycled material to brand new cans.
